The Financial Stability Board (FSB) has published a report which contains implementation standards for its Principles for Sound Compensation Practices. The report contains proposals for corporate governance reforms, global standards on pay structure and greater disclosure and transparency. It was called for by the G20 Finance Ministers and Governors in response to the contribution to the financial crisis of compensation-related factors at significant financial institutions.
