PCaW publishes whistleblowing report: PCaW has published the report of the Whistleblowing Commission it launched earlier in the year. The Commission recommends several reforms to the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 and the adoption by the Secretary of State of a Code of Practice to help regulators, courts and tribunals regarding whistleblowing. It also recommends the Government consider establishing a central system for reporting concerns and a state sponsored agency, but declines recommending the introduction of financial rewards or incentives for whistleblowing.
