My Health Record Amendment Inquiry The Government’s response to the concerns about privacy with the My Health Record have included the introduction of amending legislation- the My Health Records Amendment (Strengthening Privacy) Bill 2018- to Parliament. In a separate Inquiry, this time by the Senate Community Affairs Legislation Committee, the Bill will be examined to determine if it addresses the public concerns.
