DBIS feeds back on whistleblowing: DBIS has published the Government's response to its call for evidence on the UK whistleblowing framework. Respondents identified the need for a clear process and for cultural changes to make whistleblowing be viewed as a positive force. The Government has proposed nine recommendations for change, and will introduce the changes through a mixture of primary and secondary legislation and non-legislative measures. It hopes to complete guidance and a non-statutory code of conduct by the end of the year. (Source: DBIS Feeds Back on Whistleblowing)
