The City of Noblesville recently unveiled the West Gateway Redevelopment Plan (the "Plan"). The Plan's Study Area is located within the Logan Street TIF district and surrounds Highways 38 and 32 between the White River and just west of River Avenue. The Plan's Focus Area consists of approximately 84 acres and is located along the west bank of the White River between Riverview Hospital and Forest Park (see Study Area Map here).
The Plan calls for adding (among other investments) 85,000 sq. ft. of retail, 370,000 sq. ft. of office, and 373 units of residential. Estimated total public investment includes $25M for infrastructure, site acquisition, public spaces and site preparation over the next 20 years. Estimated total private investment is anticipated to be $240M.
