From 19 January 2018, the General Treasury of the Social Security is obliged to electronically notify certain proceedings and procedures regarding Social Security matters.

Resolution of 3 January 2018 of the Secretary of State for Social Security fixing the date from which the resolutions on the consideration as final of the liquidation acts of Social Security contributions will be notified electronically, as well as the joint liquidation acts with the infringement acts issued by the Labor and Social Security Inspection; the resolutions on the imposition of sanctions for infringements in matters of Social Security, competence of the General Treasury of the Social Security; and the resolutions of the administrative challenges against the acts dictated by the General Treasury of the Social Security in the matters of its competence, except in matters of human resources

From 19 January 2018, the General Treasury of the Social Security will notify through the electronic notification system, by means of appearance in the electronic headquarters of the Secretary of State of Social Security, to the responsible subjects –see Order ESS / 485/2013, of 26 March– the following resolutions in matters of Social Security:

a. The resolutions on the final approval of the liquidation acts of Social Security contributions, as well as of the joint liquidation acts with the infringement acts raised by the Labor and Social Security Inspection.

b. The resolutions on the imposition of sanctions for infringements regarding Social Security matters that affect the scope of competence of the General Treasury of the Social Security.

c. The resolutions of the administrative challenges formulated in view of the acts dictated by the General Treasury of the Social Security in the matters of its competence, except in matters of human resources.
