EBA consults on e-payments security guidelines: EBA is consulting on proposals to turn into guidelines the January 2013 European Central Bank recommendations on security of internet payments. These recommendations were based on the technical work of the SecuRe Pay forum, which suggested that the recommendations be given a more solid focus. EBA proposes to delay the entry into force of the former recommendations to 1 August 2015 but also raises the question of whether the guidelines should be adapted in view of what will likely be more stringent requirements under the recast Payment Services Directive (PSD 2). EBA asks for comments by 14 November. (Source: E-Payments Security Guidelines)
