The UK space industry and the Government have launched a "Restack" of the Space Innovation and Growth Strategy of 2010, which set out 16 recommendations aimed at maintaining and building on the high level of growth in the UK space sector. The aim of the restack is to refresh the recommendations, assess existing and potential barriers to growth and ensure that the growth continues, in cooperation with the financial industry in the UK. CMS is involved in both the regulatory report (identifying regulatory changes that would make the UK the most attractive place in which to start-up, operate and invest in space businesses) and the financial report (identify actions to increase Government and industry investment in the space sector).
