On Monday 20 October 2014, the right of appeal was removed for all Tier 4 applications and Tier 4 dependant applications made in the UK. This will affect all such applications which are made on or after 20 October and are subsequently refused. Any application made before this date, which attracts a right of appeal, will still have a right of appeal even if it is refused after 20 October.
