The consultation looks at the issues important for various types of infrastructure and assesses the powers regulators should have to achieve effective recovery and resolution. The paper builds on the CPSS/IOSCO Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures and the FSB’s Key Attributes of Effective Resolution Regimes for Financial Institutions.
