The High Court will hear the appeal from the Full Federal Court’s decision in Roadshow Films Pty Limited v iiNet Limited [2011] FCAFC 23 on December 1 and 2, 2011. 

The High Court will consider the issue of what responsibility, if any, internet service providers should bear in relation to the copyright infringements of their customers.  For more background to the case, see our earlier posts about the special leave application here, the Full Federal Court decision here and the original decision here
