Once the UK has left the EU, Brexit will introduce a momentous change to UK immigration policy for EU citizens residing in the UK or who plan to come here in the future. For now however, it is business as usual. Article 50 has been triggered but there should be no UK changes to the EU-wide immigration rules until at least March 2019.
In these uncertain times should businesses and EU citizens adopt a ‘wait and see’ approach and only take action when they are forced to, or should they adopt a proactive strategy to safeguard immigration status now?
