FSA has fined a Belgium-based private investor £176,254 for market abuse for dealing on inside information in the shares of an AIM-listed company. The award includes a penalty of £49,000 as well as disgorgement of profit. The individual is the brother of an investor FSA already fined for market abuse, who had been asked by his brother to buy shares on his behalf.
