The European Securities and Markets Authority updated its periodically published Questions and Answers related to the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive. The revised Q&As relate to reporting obligations by non-AIFMs, including the calculation of the total value of assets under management. The AIFMD is an EU directive that was implemented in 2013 and regulates entities that manage or market alternative investment funds within the European Union.
