The Spanish Data Protection Agency (SDPA) has published an Opinion analysing whether compliance with the obligation to inform data subjects of the processing of their personal data as provided under Act 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection implies the need to provide the said information in English when the data subjects are not Spanish in order to ensure that those subjects are actually informed.
