Draft Regulations, which are due to come into force on 1 April, will require prescribed persons (to whom a worker can report whistleblowing in certain circumstances) to produce an annual report on any matters that are reported to them. The reporting period will be a 12 month period from 1 April each year. The report should not contain information that may identify the worker, the employer or the person in respect of whom the disclosure has been made.
