Public sector organisations are reminded that the Bribery Act 2010 is now in force. You should review your tender templates and contract documentation to make reference to it and ensure that you are not contracting with any person or organisation with a conviction for bribery.  In particular, your Pre-Qualification Questionnaire should ask for disclosure of any offences under the Act.  It is also important that your own policies and procedures are updated so that your organisation has a defence to the actions of individual employees.
