The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has launched an informal consultation in the form of an online survey canvassing views on possible future change to the delivery of H&S regulations by either HSE or local authorities. The online survey is open until 28 July 2016.
The short survey asks for practical feedback from businesses on their experiences with either dealing with HSE or local authorities.
A formal consultation on this topic has not been announced or finalised.
