FCA has issued its final notice against Magnus Peterson following his convictions in January 2015 for fraud, forgery, false accounting and fraudulent trading. Mr Peterson is the former head of the now-collapsed hedge fund Weavering Macro Fixed Income Fund Ltd (Macro Fund), whose clients lost approximately US$536 million as a result of his actions.
