410 current and former Democratic elected officials sent a letter to President Obama October 9, urging him to instruct the Environmental Protection Agency to revise the recently released new source performance standards. Organized by CoalBlue, the letter said the new rules will be costly. It urged the administration to invest in carbon capture and storage technology.
