As previously reported, the U.S. Treasury Department has announced that the enforcement of the employer mandate taxes and reporting under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) is delayed until January 1, 2015. Although the enforcement of the employer mandate has been delayed for one year, there are still many issues that employers need to address.
