The White House has begun its review of the EPA’s draft endangerment finding for greenhouse gas emissions from vehicles. The submission is in line with the timeline established by EPA at the beginning of the month. All signs indicate that the inter-agency review should be completed by April 10, with Administrator Jackson signing the proposal on April 16. Frank O’Donnell, head of the Clean Air Watch advocacy group, said, “It will set the stage for the first-ever national limits on global warming pollution. And it is likely to help light a fire under Congress to get moving."
