On February 22nd, State Street Corp. disclosed in its Form 10-K filing that the SEC has requested information regarding two registered funds that invested in sub-prime securities. These funds were not covered by State Street's February 4, 2010 settlement with the Commission and the SEC staff has declined to advise it of the status of its inquiry.
