Under Bulletin 2009-11, all insurers doing business in Ohio must electronically submit rate, rule and form filings for all lines of insurance using the System for Electronic Rate and Form Filings (SERFF). Compliance was required by December 31, 2009. The Ohio Department of Insurance Office of Product Regulation and Actuarial Services will no longer accept paper submissions.
