Disputes involving internet reviews continue to raise their ugly heads. Two piano stores in Oregon are in the middle of litigation over claims that one store owner couldn’t be trusted and that his piano store smelled like “your grandma’s attic,” Mail Tribune reports.

One store owner has claimed that the other pretended to be a customer in an online review. This was determined because the deceptive store owner apparently posted his store’s phone number with the review. As a result, the wronged owner has sued, claiming harm to his business and his personal reputation. He has also alleged that he has suffered severe stomach pain and sleeplessness.

While the trial is not set until early 2016, it is clear that engaging in underhanded counter-marketing efforts is not a wise decision.
