EIOPA has published its procedures that deal with issuing warnings, temporary prohibitions and restrictions it may adopt under the Regulation establishing it (EIOPA Establishment Regulation). The procedures state that either EIOPA or appropriate national supervisors may identify threats and whether they might lead to action under the EIOPA Establishment Regulation.
