One-time amendment of Act 55/2007, of December 28, on Cinema. The obligation to register with the registry has been replaced with a notification obligation, which is required to check compliance with procedures established for monitoring attendance and declaring performance, and monitoring the audience measurement obligation. To access certificates, financial aid loans and other incentives, registration will be by operation of law. The possibility to register voluntarily with the registry is emphasized.
