HDHP Minimum Deductible and Out-of Pocket Maximum: The 2015 annual minimum deductible for self-only HDHP coverage is $1,300 and the annual minimum deductible for family HDHP coverage is $2,600. The maximum limit on out-of-pocket expenses is $6,450 for self-only coverage and $12,900 for family coverage.
