Following the suspension in dealings in two FSA-authorised non-UCITS retail funds (NURS), CF Arch cru Investment Funds and the CF Arch cru Diversified Funds (the Arch cru Funds) in 2009, FSA has worked with Capita Financial Managers Limited, BNY Mellon Trust & Depositary (UK) Limited and HSBC Bank plc on the establishment of a £54 million package which, together with partial distributions already made, should pay back to investors a substantial amount of their investment. Investors will be able to choose whether to accept the offer from the package in full and final settlement of any claim against the firms. (Source: FSA announces Arch cru Package)
