Kevin Cohn to Lead Go-to-Market as Company Continues to Scale
New York, May 13, 2019 – Brightflag, the intelligent enterprise legal management (ELM) platform, today announced it has expanded its executive team with the appointment of Kevin Cohn as Chief Customer Officer, building on significant product and customer milestones. Part of an aggressive growth strategy following last month’s $8.5 million Series A investment, Cohn brings deep leadership experience building teams to support the world’s largest enterprises.
In 2018, Brightflag tripled in size and now supports corporate legal teams on all six continents from offices and data centers in North America, Europe, and Australia. The company plans to double headcount over the next twelve months to keep pace with increasing global demand for modern legal technology solutions.
“Brightflag has experienced explosive growth during the last year, providing industry-leading software that enables our customers to transform legal service delivery,” said Ian Nolan, co-founder and CEO of Brightflag. “Kevin’s expertise partnering with large enterprises on strategic transformation initiatives makes him the perfect addition to our team.”
At the core of the Brightflag platform is Artificial Intelligence that empowers the General Counsel, legal operations leaders, and in-house lawyers to make data-driven decisions at every step of the matter lifecycle, from resource selection to price negotiation to quality of service evaluation, while automating time-intensive processes such as invoice review.
“I’m excited to join Brightflag as legal service delivery undergoes a period of unprecedented disruption and change,” said Cohn. “I look forward to applying my background in building great teams to support enterprises around the world as they rapidly adopt intelligent ELM.”
