The SECEX Ordinance # 22/13, published in the Federal Gazette of 5/24/2013, changed the Origin Declaration for imported goods identical to those subject to trade protection measures, when such products come from countries that were not imposed any trade protection measures, which was defined by the SECEX Ordinance #. 23/11.

The changes were specific, and referred to goods subject to the measures, change in terms, and more details on the issue of the Origin Certificate not being preferential, according to the table below:
