European Commission adopts Delegated Regulation on disclosure of encumbered and unencumbered assets under CRR

The European Commission has published the text of a Delegated Regulation (C(2017) 5959 final) it has adopted, which amends the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) with regard to regulatory technical standards (RTS) for the disclosure of encumbered and unencumbered assets. The Commission has also published the two annexes, which set out the disclosure templates together with instructions for completing them.
