The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has produced a "timeline for change" relating to the Financial Markets Conduct Act. This sets out key dates for its implementation, including the expected timing of regulations and when various parts of the Act come into force.

The FMA has also launched a website www.talktous.fma.govt.nz, which will provide information on updates and developments relating to financial markets. Importantly, the site facilitates interaction between the FMA and market participants by providing an easy way for visitors to the site to provide questions or comments to the FMA.
