On Wednesday, Ohio Gov. John Kasich swore in Thomas W. Johnson of Upper Arlington as chairman of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO). Johnson's five-year term began April 11, 2014, and will end April 10, 2019 (See our March 3, 2014, blog post for more information). Prior to this position, Johnson served 22 years in the Ohio House of Representatives. He was president of the consulting firm Ohio Strategic Advocacy Partners when Gov. Kasich tapped him for the position. He fills the seat vacated by former Chairman Todd Snitchler. For more, read the full news release.
