The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) recently rolled out a new system, called the “PUCO Community,” that must be used for submitting annual reports and eventually will have additional uses. All companies subject to the PUCO’s 2017 fiscal assessment (including public utilities and competitive suppliers holding certificates during 2017) are required to use the PUCO Community for submitting their 2017 annual report. Those annual reports are due by Thursday, May 31, 2018.
- The first step is to sign up to access the PUCO Community. To sign up, you need your PUCO ID and certificate number and must go to this link to register.
- Second, when your registration is complete, a confirmation email is sent to you to set up a secure password for accessing the PUCO Community.
- Third, you will receive notice afterward when the PUCO Community is available to receive your annual report.
