The FCA has announced that it has withdrawn the latest versions of its consumer credit information sheets relating to arrears, default and high-cost short-term loans, which were intended to become current on 18 January 2017. The FCA explains that this is due to an error in the production of the information sheets and that it will shortly publish corrected versions with a new effective date. It goes on to state that firms should continue to use the current versions and must not use the versions that would have become effective from 18 January 2017.
