On 25 October 2011, the European Court of Justice (“ECJ”) set aside the General Court’s judgment, and annulled the Commission’s decision, in relation to Solvay’s conduct on the soda ash market. The ECJ found that there had been procedural irregularities in the Commission’s investigation of Solvay’s alleged breaches of Article 101 and 102 in that market. Read more (Article 101).
