USA September 15 2008

On September 5, 2008, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) adopted amendments to Rule 12g3-2(b) which exempts foreign private issuers from registering their equity securities under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) based on the availability of specified information and the satisfaction of certain other conditions.
