The European Commission has published a summary of the 67 responses that it received in relation to a stakeholder consultation on a Possible Recovery and Resolution Framework for Financial Institutions other than Banks held between 5 October and 28 December 2012.

The consultation focuses on how the failure of different kinds of nonbank financial institutions, notably central counterparties, central securities depositories, and systemic insurance companies, should be managed by specific steps to ensure orderly recovery and resolution where necessary.

Individual responses are also available on the EC website.
