Last month, in our Briefing "FSA Consultations relating to the Remuneration Code", we alerted you to two consultations published by the FSA. One addressed the replacement of the existing guidance on proportionality. The other dealt with proposals on new remuneration data reporting requirements.

The first of these consultations has closed and the FSA has now published its final guidance on proportionality. No changes have been made since respondents raised no objections to the proposed amendments to the guidance on proportionality, as outlined in our last Briefing.
