On June 10, 2009, the U.S. Department of the Treasury (“Treasury”) announced its intent to propose legislation related to compensation at all publicly reporting issuers and issued regulations interpreting the executive compensation restrictions applicable to recipients under the Troubled Asset Relief Program (“TARP”).
