BBA has published its response to FSA’s consultation on the PRA and FCA regimes for Approved Persons. BBA’s main concern is that certain information will no longer appear on the public register. It is pleased the regulators understand the paramount importance of the regime and agrees that applications to both regulators will generally be an inefficiency that should be avoided. However, it says this should not lead to inconsistencies of available information. (Source: BBA Response on the PRA and FCA Regimes for Approved Persons1)
