Following on from the Financial Stability Board publication, "Key Attributes of Effective Resolution Regimes for Financial Institutions", the FSB has published the results of the first peer review which was used to evaluate FSB jurisdictions’ existing resolution regimes and any planned changes to those regimes using the key attributes (KA's) as a benchmark.

The review compares national resolution regimes both across individual KAs and across different financial sectors (banking, insurance, securities, and financial market infrastructure (FMIs)) and provides recommendations for future work by the FSB and its members.
