Royal Decree-Law 3/2009 of 27 March (Official Spanish Gazette of 31 March 2009)

This decree modifies the legal and default interest rates established by the State Budget Law for 2009, due to the significant drop in the indexes used to determine the legal interest rate.

As a result, the legal and default interest rates are set at 4% and 5% respectively from 1 April until 31 December 2009.
