The Department of Finance is seeking submissions on the intention to amend the tax relief that is available for donations to approved bodies in Budget 2013.  The public consultation will be open for submissions until 11 May, 2012.  Full details of the intended changes and how to make a submission can be found at www.finance.gov.ie.

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is currently developing its Statement of Strategy for the period from 2011 to 2014 and as part of the preparation of the Statement is consulting with key stakeholders and interlocutors.  The Department has indicated that it would be pleased to receive views regarding the strategic issues that should be reflected in its Statement and has requested submissions before 11 August, 2011.  Further information is available at www.dfa.ie.
