On 12 April 2011, the Singapore Law Reform Committee published a report calling for Singapore's International Arbitration Act (the "IAA") to be amended so as to grant a right of judicial review of an arbitral tribunal's decision that it does not have jurisdiction in an arbitration governed by the IAA.

The report considers the arguments for and against extending the right to judicial review of a negative decision, as well as the growing consensus in favour of such an amendment. The report concludes that there is a strong case for changing the current law.
