In May 2009, the OGC published a procurement policy note, recommending that contracting authorities publishing a contract notice in the OJEU ensure that the notice adequately covers all the goods, services or works that are required, or potentially required, under the relevant contract. This note was issued in response to an inquiry instigated by the European Commission in relation to an OJEU notice for a services contract, which failed to include all the services that were actually included in the final contract.
