Education (School Teachers’ Appraisal) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 (Statutory Instrument 2012/2055)

Fire and Rescue Authorities (National Framework) (England) Order 2012 (Statutory Instrument 2012/1886)

Section 21 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 requires the Secretary of State to prepare a Fire and Rescue National Framework for fire and rescue authorities.  Section 21 requires fire and rescue authorities to have regard to that framework in carrying out their functions.

Late Night Levy (Expenses, Exemptions and Reductions) Regulations 2012 (Statutory Instrument 2012/2550)

Magistrates’ Courts (Regulation of Investigatory Powers) Rules 2012 (Statutory Instrument 2012/2563)

Police and Crime Panels (Modification of Functions) Regulations 2012 (Statutory Instrument 2012/2504)
