On July 28, 2017, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published in the Federal Register a final rule [CBP Dec. 17-08] making technical corrections. CBP periodically reviews its regulations to ensure that they are current, correct, and consistent. Through this review process, CBP discovered some discrepancies. This document amends certain sections of title 19 of the Code of Federal Regulations to remedy these discrepancies.

One of the revisions involves revising references to the Commerce Department’s antidumping and countervailing duty regulations. Another corrects a reference to the NAFTA Certificate of Origin.
