Commission publishes CCP equivalence decisions: The Commission has published its first equivalence decisions for central counterparties (CCPs) under the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR). It has held that CCPs in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore can get recognition in the EU, while remaining solely subject to their home jurisdiction rules.
